Tras su demo de 2019 y su debut 7" en 2020, VAXINE vuelven con un larga duracion como los de antes, largo, con 13 temas en casi 30 minutos. Este cuarteto de Brooklyn ya trae los deberes hechos siendo parte de algunas de tus bandas favoritas como PMS84, PORVENIR OSCURO, EXTENDED HELL, etc... solo por nombrar algunas. El sonido continua en la senda de punk mas clasico britanico y quiza menos ruidoso y mas clasico si cabe en estas nuevas canciones. GBH, THE EXPLOITED o MAYHEM son las primeras bandas que facilmente vienen a la mente al igual que toda esa horda britanica que revento el punk en aquellos años creando una de las mejores cosas que le ha podido pasar a la humanidad; el UK82. Frontal lobotomy podia haber sido perfectamente gestado en ese año 82 en cualquier suburbio de cualquier ciudad Inglesa, pero no, VAXINE estan aqui y ahora.

After their 2019 demo and their debut 7" in 2020, VAXINE return with a full-length album like the ones before, long, with 13 songs in almost 30 minutes. This Brooklyn quartet already has its homework done being part of some of your favorites like PMS84, PORVENIR OSCURO, EXTENDED HELL, etc... just to name a few. The sound continues on the path of more classic British punk and perhaps less noisy and more classic if possible in these new songs. GBH, THE EXPLOITED or MAYHEM are the first bands that easily come to mind, like that whole British horde that blew up punk in those years, creating one of the best things that could have happened to humanity; UK82. Frontal lobotomy could have been perfectly conceived at that time. year 82 in any suburb of any English city, but no, VAXINE are here and now.

This record rips so hard. My buttcheeks automatically clench as the UK82-inspired riffs melt my face off and pulverize what’s left of my brain matter. I’ve been in bands and always wanted to replicate this very sound but was unsuccessful at every attempt…but god damn it am I glad to be alive & have this record to listen to in 2022.
